Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Opened seed packets
  • Products damaged due to improper handling

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may provide:

  • Free replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (depending on the issue)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
